As always, we are your reliable partner for pre-insulated chiller pipes. Naturally, all single and double-walled copper pipes comply with EN 12735-1 and ASTM B280 and are manufactured with a 1 mm wall thickness.

The surface coating of the insulation is extremely resistant and robust. This has the advantage of preventing the insulation from cracking or tearing during installation.

The polyethylene insulation is weather-resistant and impervious to UV radiation. The pipe rings are ideally suited for air conditioning and cooling, including use with heat pumps.

Technical properties of the copper pipe:

• Alloy: Copper Cu-DHP 99.90
• Physical condition: annealed R220
• Operating temperature for pipe and insulation: -70°C to +120°C and has been tested in accordance with fire protection class B1.
• Suitable for refrigerants: R-407C, R-410A and R-32
• Carbon residue: < 0.38 mg/dm²
• smooth, reflective inner surface
