Are some products excluded from exchange?
We cannot accept returns for certain goods. For example, ADR hazardous materials such as refrigerants or refrigeration oils are excluded from exchange. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns of chemicals that have been opened due to potential contamination.
Can a private end customer order refrigerants or copper pipes from RKK?
No, RKK supplies exclusively specialist companies, planners and the certified building technology service.
What are the return conditions?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution together with you.
How much are the shipping costs?
We usually deliver starting from one
Free shipping on net order values of €300 or more. Orders under €300 incur a shipping fee of €13.90.
Exceptions are refrigerants and
We deliver glycols and refrigerants free of charge for orders of 6 bottles or more, and heat transfer fluids/glycols free of charge for orders of 140 kg or more. However, a shipping and handling fee (GGVS) is charged for refrigerants, glycols, and refrigeration oils, which depends on the weight of the shipment.
Up to 600 kg = €9.80
Over 600 kg = €17.20 and
Over 1000 kg = €35.20
When will I receive the goods after placing my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Generally, in-stock items ordered before 10:30 AM are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes place within two business days.
Is it possible to order goods via express delivery?
We are happy to offer express delivery. In 95% of cases, the goods will arrive the next working day. Depending on the circumstances, this may take longer.
Depending on the type of goods, express delivery costs of €39 apply for freight forwarding and €25 for parcel goods.
Is it possible to pick up goods directly from the RKK warehouse in Korschenbroich?
Available goods can be picked up during regular opening hours. After prior telephone arrangement, goods can also be picked up later or on Saturdays!

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and offered at a fair price.
